Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of aivideoextend, available at aivideoextend.com (the "Service"), operated by aivideoextend ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, uploading a video, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms take effect on August 19, 2026.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using aivideoextend, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it to these Terms.

Your Account

You create an account using an email address and password, or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at gan@jincove.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Description of the Service

aivideoextend is an AI-powered web application that processes videos you upload in the cloud. The Service can (a) extend your video by generating new footage that naturally continues the shot, and (b) reframe or resize your video into multiple aspect ratios, including 9:16, 1:1, and 16:9, while keeping the subject in frame. It returns extended and reframed output files at resolutions up to 4K. Features, output quality, and processing limits may change over time.

Your Content & License

You retain ownership of the videos you upload ("Input") and of the output files the Service generates from them ("Output"); we claim no ownership of either. To operate the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, transmit, and display your Input and Output solely to provide the Service to you. We process uploaded videos only to provide the Service and retain them according to our stated retention period, after which this license ends. We do not use your video content to train AI models without your explicit consent. You are solely responsible for holding all rights and permissions necessary for any content you upload.

Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload, generate, or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, or otherwise violates the rights of others. You may not upload non-consensual content, including deepfakes or the likeness of any real person without that person's consent, and you may not create sexually explicit material involving real individuals without consent or any content involving minors. You also agree not to harass or defame others, or to attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or circumvent the security or access controls of the Service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

AI-Generated Output Disclaimer

The Output is generated by automated AI systems and is provided "as is." AI-generated footage may contain visual artifacts, inaccuracies, distortions, or other imperfections, and results may vary between generations. You are responsible for reviewing Output before using it and deciding whether it meets your needs.

Plans, Billing & Cancellation

The Service offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed in advance through a third-party payment processor; we do not store your full card details. Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the same term unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds, where offered, are handled according to our then-current refund policy. Prices and plan features may change on a prospective basis with reasonable notice.

Intellectual Property

The Service itself, including its software, design, branding, and the content we provide (excluding your Input and Output), is owned by aivideoextend or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you no rights in our trademarks, logos, or technology except the limited right to use the Service as permitted here.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or where required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your content in accordance with our retention practices. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Disclaimers & Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that Output will meet your expectations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aivideoextend will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless aivideoextend and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of any third party.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which aivideoextend operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to resolve disputes in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
